We have established a comprehensive intellectual property (IP) management system and, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Rights Management Policy and Intellectual Property Management Procedures, continuously promote the acquisition, maintenance, and utilization of intellectual property to ensure that our innovations are effectively transformed into competitive advantages.

The Legal Department serves as the dedicated unit responsible for managing intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Regular high-level intellectual property strategy meetings are held, where the management team and R&D departments jointly discuss IP portfolio strategies to ensure the timeliness and necessity of IP protection.

In terms of IP protection, the company has established patent and trademark databases to conduct patent monitoring and annual audits. Trade secret management and access control are implemented in accordance with internal information security regulations. Furthermore, employees and business partners are required to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to prevent the leakage of R&D information.

Each year, the company organizes IP education and training programs to enhance the legal compliance and confidentiality awareness of R&D and management personnel. We continuously review and optimize our IP management system to strengthen corporate governance and achieve sustainable business operations.

As of 2025 (Year 114 in the ROC calendar), the company has continued to hold regular high-level IP strategy meetings each year. The current patent achievements are as follows:

In 2025, the company continued to implement the Intellectual Property Rights Management Policy and Intellectual Property Management Procedures as part of our internal control framework, achieving the following results:

• Safeguarding company IP: Regular audits of patents and trademarks; updating of patent application progress reports; enforcing internal review procedures prior to the external disclosure of R&D results; establishment of trade secret inventories; enhancement of personnel, access, and confidential data storage management to strengthen information protection.

• Promotion of IP awareness and confidentiality obligations: Conducting company-wide training sessions and awareness programs to reinforce the importance of intellectual property and confidentiality.
